1. About HudHud

HudHud is a product of Elmi Inc., established in 2023. HudHud provides an AI-centered workspace that can help users work toward their goals by connecting AI capabilities, agents, tools, services, and workflows in one place.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for information you provide to HudHud, for maintaining the security of your account and credentials, and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and use HudHud only in compliance with applicable laws and the terms that apply to connected services.

3. AI and Connected Services

HudHud may provide access to GPT4All capabilities for standard users and may support connections to other AI models, agents, and third-party services selected by the user. Available integrations may include services such as GitHub, Vercel, Tailscale, social platforms, cloud services, and payment providers.

Third-party services remain operated by their respective providers. For TikTok, HudHud currently uses TikTok Login Kit with the `user.info.basic` scope to connect a user-authorized TikTok account and retrieve basic profile information. Their availability, functionality, terms, and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. When you connect a service, you authorize the permissions presented during that connection. HudHud does not represent that every third-party service will remain available or unchanged.

4. User Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of content you provide to HudHud, subject to the rights needed to operate the service and any rights you grant to connected providers. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to connect accounts, upload material, publish content, access repositories, or otherwise use third-party resources through HudHud.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use HudHud to violate laws, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, bypass security controls, abuse third-party APIs, distribute malicious software, impersonate others, or interfere with the service or other users. You are responsible for reviewing the rules of each service you connect.

6. AI Output

AI-generated results can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs before relying on them, publishing them, executing actions, or making consequential decisions.

7. Availability and Changes

HudHud is provided as a developing service. Features, integrations, models, limits, and interfaces may change. Elmi Inc. may suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, provider changes, or product development.

8. Payments and Premium Features

If HudHud offers paid plans or purchases, the applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider, such as Stripe, under that provider's applicable terms.

9. Intellectual Property

HudHud and its original software, branding, interface, and materials are owned by or licensed to Elmi Inc. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

10. Disclaimer

HudHud is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Elmi Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or the continued availability of any particular AI model or third-party integration.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elmi Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of HudHud or a connected third-party service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as HudHud evolves. Material changes may be communicated through the service or other reasonable means. Continued use of HudHud after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
