1. Who We Are

HudHud is operated by Elmi Inc., established in 2023. HudHud is an AI orchestration and productivity platform designed to connect AI capabilities, agents, tools, services, and workflows.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you use HudHud, we may process account information, authentication information, preferences, configuration data, content you choose to provide, usage and diagnostic information, and information necessary to operate features you request. For connected social accounts, the data we process depends on the provider and the scopes you authorize.

When you connect a third-party service, we may receive information made available through the authorization flow and the permissions you grant. The exact information depends on the provider and scopes you approve.

3. AI Models and Agents

Standard users may use GPT4All capabilities. HudHud may also support other AI models and agents selected or configured by users. Information sent to an AI provider can be processed according to that provider's terms and privacy policy. Users should review the policies of any model or agent they connect.

HudHud does not claim that all connected AI providers use the same data practices. The applicable provider's policies govern processing performed by that provider.

4. Connected Services

HudHud can support integrations with selected services, which may include GitHub, Vercel, Tailscale, social-media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn, infrastructure providers, and payment services such as Stripe. These integrations are optional and depend on the features available to your account.

We access connected services only through the permissions and credentials authorized for the integration. For the current TikTok integration, HudHud requests the TikTok `user.info.basic` scope and uses basic profile information returned by TikTok, such as the TikTok account identifier, display name, avatar/profile information, and related connection metadata. HudHud does not request TikTok permissions beyond the scopes configured for the integration. Each third-party provider has its own privacy practices and terms, which apply to information processed on its systems.

5. How We Use Information

We may use information to authenticate users, provide and personalize HudHud features, execute requested workflows, connect authorized services, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, improve reliability, provide support, process subscriptions or payments, and comply with legal obligations.

6. Sharing and Service Providers

We may share or disclose information when necessary to provide a feature you request, operate infrastructure, process payments, secure the service, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transaction. We do not treat the mere availability of an integration as permission to share your information with that provider.

7. Your Choices and Controls

You can choose which supported integrations to connect and what permissions to grant. Where available, you can disconnect an integration through HudHud or the connected provider. Disconnecting a service does not necessarily erase information already processed by that provider; deletion from a third-party service may need to be requested from that provider directly.

8. Security

OAuth access and refresh tokens, where provided by a connected service, are stored server-side using encrypted storage. We also use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information handled by HudHud. No internet service, authentication system, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain security and operational records, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods can vary by data type and by the third-party provider involved.

10. Children's Privacy

HudHud is not directed to children who are not permitted to use the service under applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of applicable requirements, contact us through the support channels available within HudHud.

11. International and Regional Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or other processing of personal information. These rights and available procedures vary by jurisdiction. We will handle valid requests as required by applicable law.

12. Third-Party Policies

HudHud may link to or integrate with third-party products. Their privacy policies are separate from this policy. For example, if you connect GPT4All, GitHub, Vercel, Tailscale, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Stripe, or another provider, review that provider's current privacy documentation for processing performed on its systems.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as HudHud develops, integrations change, or legal requirements evolve. We will update the effective date when changes are made and may provide additional notice where required.
